www.FlecksofLife.com has done a yeoman's work in analyzing the first 400 pages of the mammoth bill. The website is determined to make its way through the entire thing, posting the details of the plan online so that ALL citizens can see for themselves just what America got itself into when they allowed Barack Obama to take the White House and liberal Democrats to control Congress. Let's take a look at some of the details, directly from the written bill itself. On page 399 of the bill, the legislation states that if you are a subsidy-eligible individual under Medicare Part D, the government will automatically enroll you in the new socialized plan, complete with rationed care. In other words, you have no choice. You cannot keep your current plan. Obama lied about 'maintaining choice.' On page 341, lines 3-9, the government is given the authority to disqualify Medicare Adv Plans, HMOs, etc., forcing people into the government's socialized plan. And here is the smoking gun from the legislation that should cause all Americans to take pause and allow the chill to go up their spines. I quote directly from the plan: Page 335, Lines 16-25, Pages 336-339 – Government mandates the establishment of 'outcome based measures.' What does this mean, exactly, in laymen's terms? Rationing. 'Outcomes based measures' means that the the type of care that is given is based upon a statistical consideration of just how likely or unlikely you may be to gain longterm benefit from such care. Much of this is an inexact science which relies heavily upon individual needs and circumstances, which only a patient and their doctor can determine. But here, you won't have that luxury. Neither will your doctor. Who sets the standard and makes these determinations? The government...from a centralized databank hundreds or thousands of miles away. But let's go further, shall we? In the bill currently before Congress, the government will mandate how hospitals and doctors conduct business. Government will dictate to doctors how much they can own, and prevent hospitals from expanding! These provisions are found on pages 317-319 of the bill. Yet another smoking gun contained in Obamacare is the complete decimation of the right to privacy. Under the proposed legislation, you have no right to medical privacy. Government collection of your records will be 'expedited' and they will have the authority to share your private information with anyone they see fit. (Page 304, Lines 17-19). Are you concerned about long waiting lines for your care, as is true in Canada, Great Britain, and other nations with 'socialized medicine?' Here's one just for you. On page 287 the bill mandates a waiting period if you need to be readmitted to a hospital due to an illness or injury, regardless of how serious your condition may be. If they don't get it right the first time, you will have to wait to get re-treated. Two more horrifying items from the bill are worth mentioning before we take a break from this murderous monstrosity taken straight from the pages of Hitler's Nazis, Stalin's Commies, and Mussolini's fascists. One, on page 253, lines 10-18, the government places an arbitrary value on your doctor's time, professional judgments, and upon human life in general. Your government will then see you as nothing more than a dollar figure when it comes to your healthcare. And on page 265, Section 1131, the government will place limits/mandates on private healthcare corporations, slapping on something it calls 'productivity controls.' The ultimate goal, of course, is to drive them out of business, and this merely gets the job done faster. For the full analysis and information concerning Obamacare, I encourage you to monitor www.FleckofLife.com. The citizens desperately need to know what their government is getting ready to do under their noses, compliments of 'The One' and his minions.

I am scared!!!! I keep hearing on the news that this health care thing will not pass. I bet those Dems will just keep trying and trying and trying until they get what they want. I suppose there is something in this healthcare plan about how Congress people and Obama are excluded from these awful rules. Obama is sounding more and more like Saddam. Remember those movies about Saddam and his western looking family---daughters with western clothes, hair styles, make up, etc.? Then the rest of the country dressed in the typical Muslim style. Saddam had every pleasure and modern convenience known to man but his country didn't. I think Obama will see to it that his family doesn't have to live like we will be living under his new health plan. He is special, just like Saddam was special.

Do you me special Ed? jk. I agree. I think what most Americans do not know is this program is designed to control them and their care. It is not so everyone gets health care...it is so everyone gets the health care the GOVERNMENT wants for them. I call it selective Euthanasia. I have seen its ugly head. My wife and I have a friend whos dad suffered a stroke. He had no insurance and was on partial medicare. I watched the hospital refuse to give him Coumadin which could have saved his life. It was too expensive and was not approved. I will never forget it. I will never forget that the family did not put up a fight. My wife and I tried to run interference and coax the family along to no avail. This was government euthanasia. He walked into the Hospital and never walked out.

Excellent information, tragic consequences. The whole rationing business gives cause to pause. I wonder ----- will Teddy's care be rationed. Nah, just ours.

Obama is putting us back 100 or more years. We will have to look into natural cures and remedies. We will need to cure ourselves if our condition or age forbids us to have any treatment. B.O. says everyone deserves Healthcare but then he takes it away from some of us if we are too old or the outcome is not promising. My husband has an aunt who had a knee replacement at age 95. She has to be 100 by now and her quality of life is good. Doesn't she deserve that after a life time of working hard?
I think those natural cures books will be very popular in the future.

Here is a list of contact information. We all need to put the pressure on Washington with our Faxes, cards and phone calls:

This article came from NewsReal FOX: Michelle Obama named in illegal “patient dumping” scheme papundits.wordpress.com/2009/06/19/the-obamacare-horror-story-you-wont-hear/You can save a hospital a lot of money by doing what MEchelle did when she was vice president of this hospital. I wonder who the rejects were--just too poor to pay or were they too old or the wrong color?. Who knows. All she cared about was making the hospital keep their charity fund as low as possible. I guess she does not have any feelings for someone who is in pain and misery. I think it is heartless to send a suffering person to another hospital. I didn't think it was legal to turn anyone away. At least that is what I always heard. The Obamas are not just wrong, they are downright mean and without feelings for others. I wouldn't have treated a dog the way she treated that little boy who had his face torn by a pit bull.

FOX: Do We Want Obama to Be Our Doctor-In-Chief? scotbrit.blogspot.com/2009/07/fox-do-we-want-obama-to-be-our-doctor.htmlMore ObamaCare horrors , Where is our privacy? or is it like everything else, it depends on who you are and what you need privacy for. Here is part of the article on privacy for some and not others: The President wants to be our doctor-in-chief. Our medical records will be in a Washington D.C. database to enable the government to “help” us make the “correct” choices about our care. The government will have the power to decide what deserves to be paid for and what does not, intruding directly into the privacy of the doctor-patient relationship. Where are the left-wing civil libertarians who talk about preserving a woman’s right to choose in all circumstances and do not want any surveillance of e-mails with suspected terrorists out of concern for their privacy rights, but are now suddenly silent when our basic right to choose our own medical care in consultation with our own doctor is being threatened by Big Government? If the reasoning in Griswold v. Connecticut and Roe v. Wade regarding “privacy” as a fundamental constitutional right is to mean anything, Obamacare’s intrusion into the privacy of our most important medical decisions about our own bodies would be a clear violation of the constitution.

Someone just sent me the solution to the Healthcare problem:
The Perfect Solution to Senior Health Care
While discussing the upcoming Universal Health Care Program with my sister-in-law the other day, I think we have found the solution. I am sure you have heard the ideas that if you’re a senior you need to suck it up and give up the idea that you need any health care. A new hip? Unheard of. We simply can't afford to take care of you anymore. You don't need any medications for your high blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems, etc. Let’s take care of the young people. After all, they will be ruling the world very soon.
So here is the solution. When you turn 70, you get a gun and 4 bullets. You are allowed to shoot 2 senators and 2 representatives. Of course, you will be sent to prison where you will get 3 meals a day, a roof over your head and all the health care you need! New teeth, great! Need glasses, no problem. New hip, knee, kidney, lung, heart? Well bring it on. And who will be paying for all of this? The same government that just told you that you are too old for health care. And, since you are a prisoner, you don't have to pay any income tax.
I really think we have found a Perfect Solution!
