Upon what authority does the world decide to whom the land belongs?Which authority—the Geneva Convention, Bible or the Koran—has the right to decide if the Jewish settlements have the right to exist? By what authority does the international community decide to give more rights in Judea and Samaria to the Palestinians than to the Jews? Ultimately, there are two choices: Either the Bible entitles the Jewish people to settle in the Land of Israel or the Koran bestows that right on the Palestinians. In this religious conflict, international law is secondary. There are 121 Jewish settlements in the biblical heartland of Judea and Samaria which are legally recognized by the State of Israel. The international community, however, describes them as “illegal” settlements in the “occupied West Bank.” www.israeltoday.co.il/default.aspx?tabid=128&view=item&idx=1960This is an excellent read....and mind you, the Jews existed long before the Koran came to this world...or international law.

I can't find my Jewish Holy Land book since I have moved and not unpacked much, but if I remember right, there are photographs in the book taken in 1947 that show how dry, rocky and unlivable Israel was then. The people irrigated, planted stuff, built buildings and it became very beautiful. Then the rest of the world wanted it. I thought the Jews had a history going back forever there but the Muslims just moved in later and claimed some of the same holy places. I definitely say the Bible has the authority. I think Islam started in 662 a.d. or something like that. The Jews were everywhere first.

I think some Muslims try to claim Moses as the first Muslim but we know that is a stretch to believe. They just say that so they think they have more of a claim on Israel.
I was furious when Israel had to give up some of its tiny little bits of land a few years ago when those Arabs have a vast amount of Muslim territory that would let them live there. They just want Israel to be gone. I saw a program about a writer from Israel who had to give up his house. He and the neighbors burned their houses down so Muslims would not be able to move in easily. I think I would do that too.

Hal Lindsey spells it out pretty good in the Late Great Planet Earth.
