Here is a great source for spices and herbs. Their products are so fresh, inexpensive and they ship quickly. Our favorite is their Greek spice mix. One tablespoon of it mixed with one tablespoon of water, one of olive oil and one of fresh lemon juice makes for the best tasting lamb chops. We just marinate the lamb chops for about four hours and then grill them. We have had wonderful luck with all of their spices as compared to the grocery store brands. www.penzeys.comNow isn't your mouth just watering?

No, I hate lamb and goat and all the stuff I call "variety meat", but the herbs sound wonderful! I bet that place would have some good pizza herbs.

have to agree with lamb and goat as they are an aquired taste.
Fish on the other hand...depends on the fish. I dont like salmon much, but love smoked walleye, whitefish, perch, and lake trout.
