I agree. Bring them on!
I hope Coleman hangs in there and explores every single, legal avenue of appeal. Even if he doesn't win in the end it will deprive the Senate from the ability to rubber stamp the wishes of the Rubber Band Back in Chief for long enough to make a difference.
