ACLJ Victory in 10 Commandments Case In a unanimous decision by the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ten Commandments display in Pleasant Grove City can remain standing. The Supreme Court's ruling in Pleasant Grove v. Summum clears the way for governments to accept permanent monuments of its choosing in public parks.
