I have heard it from the lurkers on Pineandlakes.com and across the web. Now its time to show them how stupid they really are and that they tell nothing but lies. President Barack Obama and Democrats in Congress -- while pushing their own health care overhauls -- have criticized Republicans as offering only opposition and no ideas for reform, but the GOP, despite the lack of media attention, has introduced three health care bills. In May, Republicans in the House and the Senate formed a bicameral coalition to produce the130-page “Patients Choice Act of 2009.” In June, Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.) introduced the “Health Care Freedom Plan,” a 41-page proposal. And in July, the Republican Study Committee, under the leadership of Rep. Tom Price (R-Ga.), unveiled the “Empowering Patients First Act,” a 130-page plan. www.cnsnews.com/news/article/52896Links in order of Introduction: “Patients Choice Act of 2009.”: thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/C?c111:./temp/~c111tPT6NA“Health Care Freedom Plan": frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=111_cong_bills&docid=f:s1324is.txt.pdf“Empowering Patients First Act" : thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/C?c111:./temp/~c111OVIW6d Arming you with the truth to disarm the left and thier lies and propoganda machines. -mndapa1

Now, now, simmer down mndapa1. *61 most recently stated that all he wants on the health care issue is an honest discussion. Can someone answer this for me, is it possible to have an honest discussion with anyone who is patently dishonest? I say NO.

I think you struck a nerve, mndapa1. There seems to have been a lot of views of this thread.

(Buck, There is one honest Democrat. She admits there is something worthy of having a president who looks like her (black). She also admits she loves Fidel. How much more honest can you get than that?) "You can think whatever you want to about Fidel Castro, but he was one of the brightest leaders I have ever met." KABC’s Michael Linder was the only broadcast reporter at Thursday night’s town hall health care debate at Wade AME Church when Rep. Diane Watson [D] made some astonishing comments including claims that those opposed to health care reform are attempting to destroy a president “who looks like me.” Later, Watson praised heath care in Fidel Castro’s Cuba — and, it seemed, the Cuban revolution itself. www.breitbart.tv/la-congresswoman-praises-cuban-revolution-castros-health-care-system/
