Socialized Medicine: Does Ted Kennedy deserve cancer treatment?

I think the Democrats do not like people except for themselves. They want to abort the very young and imperfect people and they do not want to help old people live better. This article from the all American Blogger shows what it would have been like for Ted Kennedy if he had to use B.O.'s socialized medicine program.

Of course, the typical rich Democrat would probably bribe his way into first place and maybe just hire the doctor to work full time for himself or maybe buy the whole hospital. They are such selfish, self centered people!

I do not think you should prevent treatments for old people. No one knows how long anyone will live and why not let them have the chance to live well in their last years. My husband's aunt got a knee replacement when she was 95 and she is still doing well. I think she is the type who will live to be 115 yrs. old and she deserves to have her last 20 yrs. be good ones because of the new knee.

In the UK patients are evaluated and if someone thinks they are terminal, they are helped along to die by withholding fluids and meds. They are just sedated. I hope the USA never stoops this low.
