I have a relative that lives in the PRB (People's Republic of Boulder... AKA the "great walled city") He got stopped, and ticketed for unrestrained dogs, and dog's not wearing proper eye protection. His hounds were hanging their heads out the side of his Jeep as he went through town. $250 fine. (125. for each dog.)

There is a big movement in the nutball-west to give animals human rights, right down to a guardian ad leidem in divorce court. The city official declared you can't own an animal, you are it's "guardian". Good grief! And you thought Mn had the market of loopie-lefties!
