I have a nitwit relative in Idaho who says that man made global warming is what causes cold spells that can last for years. What would happen if people like this and Gore would be forced to debate real scientists? Where is their proof of anything? Have you ever wondered why none of these goons will be on any program with the real experts? I always wondered why the glacier over Iowa melted and retreated up north and caused all those lakes in Minnesota. I don't think we had that many farting cows, gas run engines, a large human population, etc. to cause the weather change.

Very interesting material, indeed. The global warming goofballs seem to think that by reducing all these various emissions planet earth will suddenly become a static place and just like Camelot, it can only rain in the evening and all the leaves blow away during the night. It ain't going to happen.
Love the bit on the Weather Channel and our savior Al Gore.

WHY WE SHOULD LOVE JAMES HANSEN (AT LEAST FOR NOW) July 14, 2009 Yes, NASA’s James Hansen is the ultra-global warming alarmist. Yes, he has called for war crimes trials for global warming “deniers.” But right now, Hansen should be a our best friend. Like us, Hansen opposes the Waxman-Markey bill. He calls it the “counterfeit climate bill” and likens its cap-and-trade provisions to a Ponzi scheme. It now seems that if Hansen had his way, he’d put Reps. Henry Waxman and Ed Markey on trial along with the other “deniers.” Sure, our reasoning differs from Hansen’s — we think Waxman-Markey is a junk science-fueled Marxist-socialist political power grab sugar-coated with a corporate welfare honey pot, while Hansen believes that Waxman-Markey is too little, too late in terms of stopping the dreaded global warming — but we do have the same goal for now. greenhellblog.com/2009/07/14/why-i-support-james-hansen/

Fox:How Al Gore is Goring the Rest of Us by josklein newsrealblog.com(This is one story that makes me want to fight harder to get the truth out. Can you imagine the greed of Gore? How could he be a happy person when he knowingly puts so many Americans in the poverty level?) The gist of the story is: Al Gore is profiting obscenely from his campaign against global warming. Bill O’Reilly reported on the Factor last night that Gore’s net worth is up some 5,000 percent. And the former Vice President stands to make many millions more if cap-and-trade legislation (which already has made it through the House of Representatives) is passed by the Senate and signed into law by President Obama. (Read more on this at your own risk. It makes me have high blood pressure.)

Al where are you when we need you? It is still only 56 today with strong winds from the northwest making it feel like 40. At this rate I will never have tomatoes that ripen. We have been running well below normal temps all month. I spoke with a friend who lives in the Poconos in Pennsylvania and they are running almost ten degrees below normal this summer.
Cap and trade my arse.

Anybody turn on your furnace today? During the winter we keep the thermostat at 67. We keep it at 76 during the summer for our central air. Well today it is 63 here in the house. I have on a heavy sweatshirt and am still chilly, I suppose because of the strong winds.
I had a nice discussion with one of the employees today at Spirits of Nisswa. Boy was he wound up about the Goracle and global warming. He is actually defiant and vows to use his fireplace more frequently to achieve the greatest carbon footprint possibe. I didn't think until I was halfway home that I should have asked him to join us.

had the furnace running the last three night and days. My wife is a freeze baby. Now wants to move to Texas as the summers are as bad as the winters here in Minnesota. Al Gore...try telling the truth. Liberals have know Idea what they are talking about 95% of the time. The other 5%, they are just mimicing us.

Don't go to Texas. The summers are 8 months long and it gets so dry there that the yards split and open up like craters. I lived there for three years and I had a five pound dog that I never let off his leash as I was afraid he would fall into one of those craters. Tell your wife to enjoy all the greenery and lush environment. Texas doesn't have that unless you water everything all the time and so much of the time you aren't allowed to water anything. Get your wife a bunch of flannel pajamas and lap robes.

The Canada Free Press hits a home run yet again on this issue and the politics of climate science. Science on this should be free of politics or we will never know the truth. canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/13170

Let's have AlGore comment on this! Chicago Sees Coldest July In 67 Years cbs2chicago.com/local/chicago.coldest.july.2.1103959.htmlThe average temperature in July was only 68.9 degrees. I bet Chicago was glad they didn't have any above 90 degree temperatures like they sometimes have. Al, where are you?

Quit your whining everyone. The miracle man, Al Gore, not only created the internet but global warming. He is quite the man for all seasons. I think according to him we are down to one - summer.
